    Tom and his partner developed The Integrated Risk Model™; an approach unique to the industry that assesses operational and physical risk factors, develops a detailed action plan, and implements a process by which future risk and premium value can be constantly evaluated.

    Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for Town Bank – a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation and Junior Achievement of Wisconsin. In his more than 30 years of industry experience, he has served on multiple regional and national insurance carrier committees providing insight to underwriting and claim management personnel on client needs, service standards and expectations, including serving as Vice Chair of the National CNA Insurance Company Advisory Board.

    Tom’s insurance career has centered on working with large national and international clients in the manufacturing, transportation, construction, hospitality and public sectors.

    Education:
    Tom graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 1982, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.

     

    Pete Aisbet, ARM

    A co-founder of Integrated Risk Solutions and a 30 year veteran of the insurance industry, Pete is committed to providing creative risk management and risk financing solutions in the Manufacturing, Construction and Transportation segments.  Over the years he has leveraged his personal experience and relationship with Lloyds of London and key market partners to produce and structure property and casualty insurance programs for some of Wisconsin’s largest employers with multi-state and international exposures.  Pete utilizes The Integrated Risk Model to forge key vendor partnerships in all states as well as China and Vietnam where he has traveled on multiple occasions to personally coordinate client needs.

    Education:
    Pete is a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety.  A 1984 team co-captain, he played center on the UW-W football team.  Pete has four children and lives in Hubertus with his wife Dawn, enjoys all sports and spending time in Door County.

    John began his career at Integrated Risk Solutions in 2018.  As a CPA for over 20 years, he has leveraged his public accounting experience to help companies improve their internal processes and procedures while increasing profits. His prior industry experience at the COO/CFO level is not only a benefit to help strengthen our internal operations and financial systems, but his experience and perspective also plays an integral role in assisting our team review risk and insurance needs for our clients.

    As an operational leader, John is committed to building relationships with our clients, insurance markets and service providers, while challenging everyone on our team to provide innovative, ethical and winning strategies and solutions that are customer focused.

    John’s professional activities include supporting the Greendale Panther Athletic Booster Club as their current treasurer, La Casa de Esperanza as a board member from 1999 to 2018 and Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (“MACC Fund”) as a current finance committee member.  Since 1998, John and his wife Sandy have also supported the MACC Fund through an annual golf outing that has raised over $150,000 for childhood cancer and blood disorder research.

    Education:
    John earned his MBA from Marquette University and his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  John and Sandy currently reside in Greendale with their two children.

    Utilizing a management consultant approach, John leads our benefit team to help our clients build sustainable healthcare strategies. John’s core competencies include assessing client needs, building cost effective benefit strategies and delivering a strategic process that enables our clients to effectively manage their healthcare budgets over a 3-5 year period.

    John offers our clients expertise in the following areas; Effective Benefit Strategy Development, Compliance, Communication and Wellness.

    Education:
    John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance and currently resides in Delafield with his wife and three children.

     

    Carrie Legg

    Carrie joined the Integrated Risk team in 2008 as an Account Executive focusing primarily on the transportation industry and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2015. More recently, in December of 2017, Carrie was promoted to Vice President of Transportation-Production and Market Relations and became an Integrated Risk shareholder.

    With over 25 years of experience in risk management and insurance, Carrie has dedicated her career to providing risk management support and solutions at all levels to large, innovative companies. Her passion, energy and talent for truly listening enable her to proactively identify and resolve challenges by means of unique solutions and risk finance objectives tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients.

    Carrie is a current board member of the Wisconsin Motor Carrier Association and actively involved in several state and federal legislative issues and initiatives. These include: working with industry leaders to ensure their voices are heard throughout government to protect the continued success of the transportation industry and businesses as a whole, recruiting and mentoring business representatives to an Annual Call on Washington and actively representing employers on workers compensation reform in Wisconsin.

    Utilizing Integrated’s Outcome Based Claims Solution, John helps clients reduce their cost of risk by implementing strong post-loss strategies and by managing the claims response of partner insurance carriers.

    John has more than eight years of claims experience, including serving as a claims adjuster for a monoline worker’s compensation insurer. John is knowledgeable in all commercial insurance lines and maintains strong relationships with claim professionals throughout the industry.

    Education:

    Matt Ingraham, CSP

    Overseeing The Results Based Risk Control Formula, Matt utilizes proactive strategies and tools designed to reduce our clients cost of risk.  As a Risk Control Consultant, he takes a leadership role in the development and implementation of the risk reduction initiatives provided by Integrated Risk Solutions and our partner insurance carriers on behalf of our clients.

    Prior to joining the Integrated Risk team, Matt gained valuable industry experience as a safety professional working in the private sector.  He began his career in the transportation industry working for GO Riteway Transportation Group before moving on to Quad Graphics where he managed OSHA compliance for a number of facilities.

    He lives in Elm Grove with his wife Ashley, their two dogs and a cat.

    Education:
    Matt graduated in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health.

    Michael joined the Integrated Risk team in September of 2016 as a Client Service Assistant and was promoted to Client Claim Coordinator in May of 2018.   Michael serves as a key point of contact for clients in response to their claim needs.

    Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with a major in Human Resources.

    John joined Integrated Risk Solutions in 2002 as an Account Executive and has focused his efforts on partnering with clients on developing state-of-the-art risk management programs for various industry segments including construction, manufacturing, staffing, transportation and property management. John has extensive technical background in the insurance industry; achieving his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation in 1995.  He also gained valuable industry technical background while working in underwriting and underwriting management positions in the first decade of his career in the industry.

    John serves on the board of directors as president for SWCHA Southeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschool Athletics.  He is also the director of soccer for SWCHA’s boys and girls soccer programs. John and his wife Tina live in Lisbon, Wisconsin and have 3 children.

    Michael N. Peden

    Michael brings over 20 years of experience to Integrated Risk Solutions in the financial and risk management field and has had great success developing “result based” financial and risk management programs for employers of all sizes.  He prides himself on his ability to simplify complex material and bring clarity to his client’s risk management obstacles; leveraging his knowledge and experience to develop a results based risk program that fits their needs.

    Like both his father and grandfather before him, Dylan has spent his entire career in the transportation industry. Dylan joined the Integrated Risk team in October of 2017 after nearly 7 years of selling commercial semi-tractors and trucks throughout the Midwest. His experience allows him to provide precise risk management solutions for our partner’s in the trucking and transportation industries.

    Dylan Graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

    Carrie serves as a key advisor for her clients in servicing health and welfare programs that align with the clients’ strategic goals and the unique needs of their employees.

    The Benefits Practice takes a hands-on management consulting approach in servicing our clients. We focus on strategy, compliance, wellness, and communication.  Carrie’s core competencies include project management, compliance and plan governance, vendor management, benefit program design and analysis, communication, and strategy development.

    The emergence of Health Care Reform has added to the complexity of regulatory compliance and plan governance. It’s critically important that employers are adhering to their compliance obligations related to topics such as PPACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, state/federal mandates, plan documents, and timely distribution of legal notices. Carrie excels at navigating clients through the maze of compliance and offers a unique blend of employee benefit expertise with six years of consulting experience and fifteen years as a benefit administrator and human resources generalist with employers in various industries.

    Education:
    Carrie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

    Devin joined Integrated Risk Solutions in January of 2016 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where her studies focused primarily on finance and accounting. She initially joined the team as a Benefit Analyst, but was promoted to Middle Market Account Manager in January of 2017. Prior to joining Integrated, Devin worked multiple jobs while still being a full-time student. Very new to the world of insurance, Devin is eager to gain knowledge and insight within the benefits practice that will help her serve clients accordingly. In her spare time, Devin enjoys working at a local winery and spending time with family.

    Amy is an Account Manager in our Property and Casualty division and is focused on providing top-notch customer service; working closely with each agency account executive to resolve issues and quickly respond to customer needs.  She brings more than 16 years of insurance industry experience to serving clients in manufacturing, construction and transportation.

    Amy began her career with Integrated Risk Solutions as a Marketing Assistant and advanced within the organization to an Account Manager.

    Education:
    Amy studied banking and accounting at Gateway Technical College and currently holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

    Heather came to Integrated Risk Solutions in 2011 as a recent graduate of Lakeland College where she studied business and resort management. She started as a technical assistant eager to learn the insurance business and worked her way up to marketing coordinator and most recently was promoted to account manager.  Heather leverages her technical knowledge, organizational and communication skills to coordinate marketing on new and renewal business for transportation accounts.  Heather also serves as Integrated Risk Solutions Wellness Committee Chair.  In this role she leads and organizes the internal wellness program which integrates fun, teamwork and wellness for happy healthy employees.

    Danielle Flores, CISR

    Danielle brings over 15 years of experience in insurance to the Integrated Risk team and is the main point of contact for all new business that comes into the agency.  She acts as the main point of contact for account executives and underwriters in obtaining quotes and placing insurance coverage on her accounts.  She is very organized, detail oriented, and thorough in her review of insurance.   Danielle is in charge of training other marketing coordinators and is also key in training and mentoring other support staff.

    Amber joined the Integrated Risk team in September of 2011 in an Administrative Assistant role. As a result of her  increased knowledge, skill and passion for serving our clients she was promoted to Senior Technical Assistant in July of 2014 and in January of 2015 was promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Amber is responsible for the marketing of renewal business and plays a key role in the training of Technical Assistants.

    Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Change and Development with an Emphasis in Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.

    Mari joined Integrated Risk Solutions in September of 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. In July of 2016 she was promoted to Marketing Assistant and in August 2018 was promoted to Marketing Coordinator where she will apply her technical knowledge, administrative and organization skills to provide support for the Marketing Team.  Mari also plays a key role in training new members of the Client Services team.

    Before coming to Integrated Risk Solutions, Mari spent eighteen months working as a Cataloging & Metadata Specialist at Dartmouth College’s Baker Library; cataloging roughly 7,000 books, 1,000 music scores, and 1,500 photographs from Dartmouth’s Photographic Files Collection.

    Education:

    Mari graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.

     

    Ryan Worden

    Ryan joined the Integrated Risk team in May 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Assistant in March of 2018. Although relatively new to the insurance industry, Ryan is excited to apply the knowledge and skills he has acquired to his new role and further contribute to the team.

    Ryan enjoys spending time with his newborn son, long distance running, and playing basketball.

    Linda is a Wisconsin native who relocated back to Wisconsin from Iowa and joined the Integrated Risk team in May of 2017.  Linda has over 12 years of insurance industry experience, including life underwriting, medical/dental claims, and most recently in trucking insurance.  Customer service is her passion and she is excited to build relationships with the Integrated Risk Solutions clients.

    Education:

    Linda has participated in various certificate programs at MSOE, and obtained her CISR, Elite Designation in 2016. Linda also holds her Life, Accident and Health, Property and Casualty licenses.

    Emily started at Integrated Risk in March 2018 as a Client Service Assistant.  She learns something about insurance every day and plans to build her knowledge towards a new career.  Emily enjoys helping other people and is always ready to assist our clients.

    In her free time, Emily loves hanging out with her friends, playing sand volleyball and cheering on the Packers, Bucks and Badgers.

    Carol joined Integrated Risk Solutions in June 2018.  Carol brings considerable experience to her role as Executive Assistant.   Carol’s past experience includes serving as  District Sales Manager for a large benefits carrier and working in Public and Private Schools supporting Administrative Leadership.

    Carol also worked  in Hospitality as a Professional Baker for weddings and other special events.

     

    Fran Baumeister

    Fran comes to Integrated Risk Solutions as an experienced accounting professional.  Over the course of her career Fran served as Loan Operations Manager for a local community bank for many years, and also worked as an Accounting Project Administrator for a Milwaukee based architectural firm.

    Working closely with Integrated’s Executive and Client Services teams, Fran manages the day to day accounting functions of the organization.

    Education:
    Fran earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

    Jill brings considerable experience to her role as Administrative Assistant.  Over the course of her career she served as an Administrative Assistant supporting School District based Insurance Programs in the State of Arizona.  Prior to joining the Integrated Risk team she worked on an OCIP for School District Renovation Projects in Arizona.

    Jill earned a Bachelor’s of Social Work Degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
