Human Resources Manager

Are you the type of professional looking to have a significant impact on shaping an ideal human resources process and to have a hands on impact on promoting a positive company culture?  If so we have created a new position with you in mind.   With this newly created position, we are looking for a skilled Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.  As a key member of our management team, you will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategy and objectives.  Our human resources function will promote corporate values and enable business success through effective recruitment of qualified job candidates, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and employee retention.


A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of human resource experience (or nine years of experience in the HR field) including 3 to 5 years of successful HR supervisory experience.  We are seeking a creative and objective thinker who adheres to strict confidentiality and high ethical standards, has strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of business acumen.

Executive Assistant

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to contribute your talents in support of a growing organization? Do you pride yourself in your positive, professional attitude?  Then Integrated Risk Solutions is looking for you!

The Executive Assistant position provides comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO, project support for events and initiatives of the organization and will also provide support to the accounting department. The individual in this position is expected to utilize a considerable amount of initiative and sound judgment; exercising a high level of critical thinking and problem solving ability.  This individual must also possess a positive, professional attitude.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

 Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

We are looking for self-motivated and results oriented Account Executives to join our team.  Candidates must have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to manage time efficiently and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse client base.  A keen desire to succeed is essential.

The P&C Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new business and servicing renewal business of commercial middle market and national accounts. We would consider purchasing the right book of business.


  • Proven track record in sales of products and/or services to the construction, transportation or manufacturing sectors.  This experience may or may not include traditional property and casualty insurance.
  • Wisconsin P&C license or willingness to obtain
