Account Executive – Benefits

The Benefits Account Executive is responsible for the acquisition of new business and the management and strategic direction of renewal business. We would consider purchasing the right book of business.

 Qualifications:

  • 3 + years benefit experience in the +50 lives area

Account Manager – Property & Casualty

Position Summary: Within an assigned book of business, the Account Manager leads a team providing leadership, assistance and coaching as needed.  Working closely with the Account Executive, the Account Manager serves as the liaison between the customer and the internal team; leveraging their commercial insurance knowledge as well as their experience and judgment to assist clients with their on-going insurance needs and risk management challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Wisconsin P&C license or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in a commercial insurance office in a customer service role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience

 Client Service Assistant

Position Summary: The Client Service Assistant provides valuable day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator teammates and will utilize their organizational, follow-through and critical thinking skills to succeed in a fast paced environment. This is an entry level position with considerable growth potential within our organization.
